Training & Development
No matter where you are in your career, there’s always room to learn and grow. At The Hansbury Group, we’re committed to always helping our staff to develop their skillsets and capabilities.
There are 3 key pillars to training & development here at Hansbury: continuous improvement, external training, and group networking.
Each employee has access to a bespoke continuous professional development plan. This provides you with a framework to be constantly building on your strengths and weaknesses, continuing to fulfill your potential.
All staff can apply to enroll in skills-based courses based on their role. In addition, staff also have access to libraries of online content to improve technical and soft skills alike.
Twice a year, the staff of the entire group have an off-site event, where we brainstorm improvements and engage in team-building activities. In addition, each team meets regularly to share knowledge and ideas, helping everyone to grow and improve.

25 Days Annual Leave
We all deserve a break, which is why we offer over and above the statutory entitlement: 25 Days paid annual leave including a Christmas break, not including bank holidays.

All staff have access to the BUPA Employee Assistance Programme. This means you have access for a 24/7 helpline and self-access resources across a wide variety of topics.
Snacks & Meals
All staff have access to complimentary drinks and refreshments each day. In addition, weekly breakfast and monthly lunches are also provided on the house!
Healthcare Assistance
Through the BUPA EAP Scheme, a 24/7 helpline can provide a physical and mental health assessment, pointing you in the right direction for further help.
Professional Development
We strongly believe in the importance of continuously improving. We provide all our staff with access to LinkedIn Learning, as well as role-based courses and bespoke training.
Pension
A pension is a way of saving for your future. We offer a salary sacrifice scheme, which is a more tax efficient way for you to make pension contributions.
