James Hutchins

CEO

Since founding The Hansbury Group in 2008, James has successfully guided the group to where it is today. He is passionate about giving our clients peace of mind and reducing disruption for clients. Today, James is responsible for strategic direction, as well as structuring and scaling Hansbury to new heights in the years ahead.

Warwick Flint

Furniture Director

Having spent over 15 years at The Hansbury Group, working in various positions from project management to business development, Warwick brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. As Furniture Director, Warwick works with our design team, pre-contracts and supply chain to specify, and procure furniture for our clients.

Gerry Ward

Client Relations Director

With over 25 years’ experience within the construction and workspace industries, Gerry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He works closely with our clients to uncover and resolve their workspace challenges through transformative workspace design and build projects.

Cameron Smith

Finance Director

Cameron is responsible for leading the finance function at The Hansbury Group. Having worked in multiple departments across the company, Cameron has a detailed understanding of the design and build industry. He has a proven track record of enabling growth, cash flow management, and maximising profitability.

Richard Cummings

People & Culture Director

A highly experienced HR Director, Richard has worked across many industries such as technology, media, and professional services. Today, Richard is responsible for attracting & retaining top talent, maximising staff performance, and helping to structure the company for the next phase of growth.

Gregg Ward

Head of Projects

As head of our project delivery team, Gregg ensures the successful delivery of our design & build projects on time, on brief, and within budget. With over 10 years managing workspace design and build projects, Gregg prioritises client experience and satisfaction through accountable communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
